Keep on running...
Whoo hoo.... "I ate a baby!" and more importantly I'm up to 11km now on the running front! Mind you after managing that today I now can't walk. Only 36 days left till the City to Surf race so gotta crunch out another 3km from somewhere.
Don't really know how the training is going to fit in with our 2 week tour of Queensland at the end of the month. Some bad planning there I feel. Anyway, any tips (as always) are welcome!
